Listing a standard item
Free
Standard listings are free to post in the current phase for accounts that have met the platform's posting eligibility requirements.
Browsing and searching
Free
All search, category browsing, saved searches, and alert preferences are free for all registered users.
Contacting a seller
Free
All in-platform messaging between buyers and sellers is free. ListU does not charge for conversations.
Paid features — coming in a future phase
Featured listings, boosted placements, and priority search visibility are planned for a future release. These will be clearly labelled as optional commercial upgrades — standard listings are free to post today.
Daily listing limits
How many listings you can post.
Limits are set by your trust tier and reset each day. Reaching a higher tier unlocks more daily listings and higher value thresholds. Limits apply to eligible, compliant listings — duplicate, miscategorised, or policy-violating listings may still count toward your daily allowance.

Business User accounts
Business User accounts operate under the same trust-tier limits at launch. There is no Business User multiplier in the current phase. Limits for Business Users will be reviewed at the 6-month mark.
Account types
Private User vs Business User.
Private User is for individuals selling in a personal capacity. Business User is for anyone selling commercially — whether or not you are a registered company.

Rules that apply to all sellers
What every seller must know.
One account per person
Each individual may hold one ListU account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is a policy violation and results in all accounts being suspended.
Commercial sellers must use Business User
If you sell items as part of a trade, business, or commercial activity — however informal — you are required to hold a Business User account. Private User is not permitted for commercial selling.
Listing content is your responsibility
Accuracy of listing descriptions, photos, prices, and condition information is the seller's responsibility. Deliberately misleading listings are a policy violation.
Misclassification is enforced
Listing an item in the wrong category to avoid category-specific rules is a violation. Repeat misclassification results in listing removal.
Limits are per account
Daily limits apply to each account independently. Limits cannot be shared between accounts or transferred between users.
Real items only
Listings must represent real items or services that are actually available. Speculative, reserved, or phantom listings are not permitted.
